1. How to Enter. Complete the online entry form at www.roomstore.com/Contest/ContestForm.aspx. Entrants must provide all requested information on the entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on the last day of each month to be included in the drawing for that month.

There is no purchase necessary to enter by this method. Only one entry per person, household or e-mail address. Additional entries will not qualify. All entries become the property of RoomStore and will not be returned. Entrants must be residents of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia and within RoomStore's delivery area.

Entrants will receive e-mails and marketing materials from RoomStore about special promotions and other offers. To decline future marketing materials, follow the instructions given in the e-mail message.

2. Promotion Period. The Promotion Period begins on January 1, 2003 and continues month to month until cancelled by RoomStore. RoomStore reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time.

3. Authorization. By registering winner authorizes his/her name and/or image (or likeness) to be used in future RoomStore advertising.

4. Prizes. The winners will receive a $1,000 certificate to be used for the purchase of furniture and accessories from the RoomStore. One winner will be chosen from each division: RoomStore's Western Division (Texas and Louisiana) and RoomStore's Eastern Division (Alabama, Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Virginia). Winners are responsible for payment of all federal, state and/or local taxes.

No substitution or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at RoomStore's sole discretion.

5. Random Drawing. The winners will be selected by random drawings. One name will be drawn at random from the online entries for each of the two divisions.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the prize will be awarded to the Authorized Account Holder for the e-mail address that submitted the entry. The Authorized Account Holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by the internet service provider, on-line access provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.

6. Notification. Winners will be notified by mail.

7. Ineligibility. Employees of RoomStore, Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries, their immediate families and/or household members, advertising and promotional agencies, or any company involved with the $1000 Room of Dreams are ineligible. Family members include spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses.

8. Limitation of Liability. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree that RoomStore, its subsidiaries and affiliates and all their agents, directors, officers, representatives, shareholders and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the promotion or acceptance of any prize that may be awarded. RoomStore is not responsible for stolen, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries. If RoomStore determines that the integrity of the promotion has been compromised due to electronic tampering or other fraud, RoomStore may, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify the promotion.
